This sounds really good. I have never tried using numerous yeast strains. What was the schedule for those?
1/30/2013 9:52:08 PMActually, I only used the British Ale, which was a total mistake.. I reached in the tub for the scottish, and pulled out the british, and didn't realize until it was brew day... The actual recipe calls for either the edinburgh or Scottish.. It's still conditioning in the bottle, we'll see how it turns out. Hence the name...
