Corn-Rice Conversion

Special Instructions

1.
Combine enzyme with grains and mash 1 hour.
2.
Pressure cook hops 10 minutes.
3.
Add DME Cold water to fermenter and stir.
4.
Combine all and pitch 1 gallon of starter.
5.
Lock down, fit airlock, and ferment.
6.
Lager for a while.
