Using 2 cans of Brewdevil extract, crystal, torrified wheat, flaked wheat/cereal, Biscuit malt, Munich. various hops (see hop build) - going for a hoppier IPA style. = 1 oz./gal. Dried grapefruit/orange peels soaked in vodka 7 days, then added to secondary fermentors...got yeast going on second starter (honey) 6 hours. The "soft candi sugar" is really candied ginger, 3 T. My OG was 1.082, so I put in the candi sugar as a placeholder to hit that number. Also, now that I think about it, there is honey in the starter, so definitely more than 8 oz. of honey when you add in the 1 qt. starter yeast honey in that starter...

Special Instructions

1.
Mash grains, add extract, boil. Add hops and honey as late additions, boil 20 min.

Added honey into yeast re-hydration (Boil, cooled to 75 deg F).
3.
Have no idea which hops are in extract, Galaxy in for the IBU numbers...NB and Liberty added to finish the baggie off...

Notes:

Nice straw color, bright hops on nose, deep hop flavor of pine and citrus, bold body, cushy mouthfeel!
