Mash Steps

Special Instructions
1.Bring 3 pounds of Hemp Seeds to room temp.
2.Spread out onto 2 cookie sheets about 1 inch thick.
3.Roast in oven for 3 minutes at 420 degrees.
4.Mill with the rest of your grains.
5.Mash for 60 at 158, 10 at 168.
6.3 weeks in primary. ( Dry Hop after the initial week of fermentation )
7.Keg and enjoy.

Very tasty brew! I figured you'd need 1# of rice hulls to filter the oats. Good to know you can get by with less.
I might try this with Columbus, but since you do such a fine job with this recipe I think I'll leave it to you.
