Mash Steps

Special Instructions

Mash at 154F for 60 min., Lauter slowly
2.
Batch sparge at 168F for 20 min.

90 boil, start hop schedule.
4.
Cool to 70F, pitch yeast
5.
Ferment for 7 days
6.
Rack to secondary and dry hop for 14 days
7.
Rack to keg and cold crash for 7 days.
8.
Add CO2 and enjoy when ready.
