Notes:
Darker than expected. First pulls light couldn't pass through. Very slight red tint. Used all Citra hops on this Brew session and the aroma was great! Citrusy but mellow Great flavor. Had a slight hint of cocoa, and some of the darker grains in the extract came through in taste. Used Safeale S05 so there was no yeast character. Thin. As expected, a nice light beer without a lot of mouthfeel. Awesome first brew of this original recipe. Will tweak the color, and use a more traditional Marzen hop for the next session.

Also brewed this with Safbrew-33 and Perle hops. Not as good as the Safale-05 and Citra. Very clean, and light mouthfeel.
