Special Instructions

1.
Brew a bock with the zurich lager yeast first, pitch on cake.
2.
Start with 8 Liters on the first mash, sparge with 1L cold.
3.
Second sparge is 1.5 L cold.
4.
Third sparge is 2.5 L cold.
5.
Change the boil time to 61 minutes when you hit 10 L.
6.
Fermentation at 12 C, month in primary.
