Special Instructions

Mash all grains at 146 degrees for 60 minutes.
2.
Bring water to boil and add LME
3.
Boil for 60 minutes.
4.
Add 1- Irish Moss tab at 15 minutes.
5.
Primary for 2-weeks.
6.
Secondary for 2-weeks, add 4 oz. chocolate nibs during last 4-5 days.
