Special Instructions

Syrups boiled together then onto dry Corn Sugar
2.
Extract kit (The Range Irish Stout) made up with above
3.
Then 20lts Cold water added
4.
Yeast pitched at 20C with Pure Brew SG1.051.
5.
Fermenting well after 18 hours
6.
Fermented at 20C for 6 days then racked on 10th Feb. Barrel flushed with CO2.
7.
Bottled 25th Feb. with Spiced Cardamom syrup, equiv. 70gms, as primer. SG1.012
