Syrups boiled with 2 desert spoons cardamom powder and Tropical Fruit Juice - 4lts

Extract kit (The Range American IPA) made up with boiling water and syrup mix

18lts Cold bottled mineral water added

Yeast pitched at 20C with Pure Brew SG1.056. Fermenting well after 24 hours.

Fermented at 20C for 7 days then racked. Barrel flushed with CO2. SG1.010
6.
Bottled on 10th Feb. with 130 ml Cardamom syrup. SG1.006
