Adapted my first Saison recipe to run a test using my sourdough starter as yeast. Will try pitching 50g of active starter into 500ML wort to ensure the yeast starts up in grain based wort. Substitute kent golding if can't get fuggles hops.

Special Instructions

Create starter using 500 ml wort and 50 g sourdough starter.

steep at 152 for 60 minutes, batch sparge with 190F water
3.
Ferment with Sourdough starter Yeast for 3 weeks at 72-75F
4.
rack to secondary or leave in primary to clarify for 14-21 days
