All Grain Specialty Fruit Beer homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Pilsner - DE, Caramel/Crystal 90 - US, Smoked Malt - DE, Golden Naked Oats - UK, Carapils - DE, Rye - DE, Wheat Malt - DE, Malted Oats - US, Munich - Light 10L - US, Indian Summer Apple Cider, Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate, Bing Cherries, Saphir Hops, Hersbrucker Hops, CellarSciencce Nectar Homebrew Yeast, Juniper berries or boughs, Licorice.
The Nectar yeast is fairly slow working. Really got going after 48hrs and took almost two weeks to clean up. Bottle conditions for three weeks and chilled for about a month. This tasted great. Fruity and sour, but with a nice malt finish. I will simplify the malt bill and try it again soon.
