Alterada levedura para S-33 West Coast IPA (lupulagem e amargor mais agressivo, menos complexidade de maltes) Para a Grainfather: precisa ainda ajustar os sais para volume de agua Strike 23L Sparge 12L ou ateh 29 litros antes da fervura Sais Strike water: CaSO4 - 5g CaCl2 - 3,7g Sais Sparge water: CaSO4 - 2,5g CaCl2 - 1,9g Lupulagem de whirlpool a 85-75C por 20 min (FORA DO SPIDER) - fazer um whirlpool bem forte Acrescentar 5 litros de agua fria apos a lupulagem de whirlpool, ate total = 30 litros CaSO4 - 0,5g CaCl2 - 0,4g Aeracao de mosto por aprox 1min30seg Para fermentador 20 l - 3g fermocel em 100ml de agua (ates de passar o mosto para o fermentador) Para fermentador 10 l - 1,5g fermocel em 100ml de agua (ates de passar o mosto para o fermentador) 5g de fermocel ja junto com a hidratacao da levedura em 300ml (100ml pra 10 litros de 200 ml pra 20 litros) Iniciar fermentacao a 19-20.5 C (se nao demora muito para terminar de fermentar) Apos 3 dias aumentar para 20C-21.5
