Special Instructions

Bring 4 gallons to 158 with balanced water profile brewers friend
2.
Hold at 150 for 75 min
3.
Vorlauf and sparge with 4.8 gallons with balanced water profile brewers friend
4.
Collect 6.75 gallons and boil for 75 minutes
5.
At 60 min add 1oz Cascade
6.
At 15 minutes add 1oz Cashmere and 1 whirfloc tablet
7.
At 10 minutes add 1/2 tsp yeast nutrient and 1/4 tsp supermoss and Belgian Sugar
8.
Cool to 72 pitch yeast and primary ferment 72 to 80 for 10 days
9.
Secondary ferment for 14 days at 72
10.
bottle and give away because you hate Belgian beer, but act like you like it!
