Notes:
Carbonation is light. Needs more. Appearance: Pours dark amber brown with an off white head, which doesn’t last. Swirled and added bottom of bottle. Aroma of bread, banana, and clover. Taste: banana and clove are prominent as is the dark malts. Slight bit of malty sweetness toward the finish with faint herbal notes with the hops providing some balance. Some alcohol 8n the finish. Overall: very good. It’s a dunkelweizen wth another 10%. If 5he carbonation was better, it would be incredible.
