Special Instructions

1.
Chill 1 gallon bottled water to under 40*F
2.
Pour another gallon of water into a boil kettle with 2g Gypsum, 1g CaCl, the DME, and enough acid to hit a pH of 4.2
3.
Bring the resulting sweet wort to a boil and then take it off the heat
4.
Around 175*F, stir in the hops
5.
Around 125*F, pour wort through filter into sanitized bottling bucket with that 1 gallon of cold water
6.
Stir in some yeast (1/4 packet max)
7.
Dispense into sanitized bottles, leaving the normal headspace
8.
Cap and leave at room temp for 2-4 weeks, then refrigerate and serve
