Added 0.8 oz of cocoa powder prior to bottling

Thin krausen beginning to form about 12 hrs later

Batch split between untoasted american oak and med. toast french oak. 5oz each. Boiled for 10 min, soaked in Jameson overnight.

Put on oak maybe 5/26?

Bottled night of 6/3.
