This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Munich Dark - DE, Roasted Barley - BE, Chocolate Wheat Malt - DE, Carafa II - DE, Invert Sugar - US, CaraMunich II - DE, Flaked Oats - US, Wheat Malt - DE, Lactose - Milk Sugar - US, Nugget Hops, Columbus Hops, Warrior Hops, Kveik Voss Homebrew Yeast, ESPE KVEIK Homebrew Yeast, whirlflock, DAP @ 0.1 g/l, Fermax Yeast Nutrient, double shot of breakfast expresso coffee.
This recipe was cloned from Christmas 2021 imperial stout.
2% - Chocolate Wheat Malt - DE
3% - Lactose - Milk Sugar - US

2.5/4/1.5/. adjust pH with phosphorus
Fine grind dark malts and steep in cold water. Add 10 min before sparge
Batch sparge@77 for 15 minutes
gyp & chalk 1.6 gms in mash . gyp .6 gm . Salt 5.5 . epsm 2.7 gm CaCl2 12 gm in boil
