Instead of batch sparging, I just went nuts and dumped 5gal of 169-degree water into the mash and sparged all at once.
Instead of the brewer's gold hops, I'm substituting 2oz Hallertau pellets during the boil and another 1oz at 5 mins.
Left this guy in primary at 69 degrees until 8/22 and then kegged.
Went with 10lbs pale malt and 1 lb crystal 20. All I had on hand.1oz Cascade hops at 50m, 10m, and 2oz at 5m. 6.3aa
Adding an additional 1oz of Northern Brewer hops at 30 mins to turn this into an American IPA
When kegging, I found that I didn't need to add the raspberry flavoring. It was great on its own.

Not doing the multi-step mash. Just doing a single infusion to mash at 150 for 60 mins. Campden tablet added to 6 gallons of water. Pre heated mash tun. Leftover water from mash tun preheat used for preheating the HLT.Temp came in a bit low when I did the initial mash. Added a couple pots of 180 degree water to bring it near 150 around the 30 minute mark. Trickle sparged over 60 minutes.Boil went as expected.
