Batch 16. Stepped mash. 15 mins @ 55 celcius, raised to 66 celcius for another 40 minutes. 61 celcius at the end. Pitched at 18.
- Dry hopped with loose pellets. - Racked to secondary as too many hop particles in primary for bottling straight- Never stopped activity right up until being put in the fridge- Clogged up the bottling wand, had to pour into demijohn using funnel, oxygenated as a result- Went a darker brownish colour after oxidation. Hop aroma lost.
- Topped up the wort after the boil with boiled water from kettle to get it to 5L
