Amazing clarity from the mash tun. Great clarity going into fermentor after addition of Irish moss.
Volume in fermenter was too low, with an OG reading of 1.067. Added an extra 800ml of purified water after adding wort to fermenter to increase volume and lower OG.Cloudy in fermentor after two days. Need to add Irish Moss next time and be more careful on sparging.
