Fermented at 67. Dry Hopped with .5 oz Mosaic & .5 Citra on 1/26/18 day 5, low activity. Bumped up temp to 69 degrees. 1 degree increases per day. Monday rest at 73 to finish fermentation.
Weather outside 60 degrees. Preheated mash tun. Strike water called out at 167- stroke out at 180-mash temp 154. Stirred to drop temp to 152. Added gypsum. Batch sparge method used. Collected 7.3 gallons of wort. Shoot for 6 gallons next time. Might be loosing a little more...
