    Fermented at too high a temperature 78 deg.F. Drinkable but not what I was looking for.

    Looks tasty. High on the bittering additions. I might try this but set the mash to 152 deg F and add hops later in the boil like 10 min. Maybe try some flamout hops or even lower the temp to get more aromatics.
