Gardenia 1971 is an old turntable. It is from 1971 and is always spinning while I'm brewing. It's spring season in Mexico City, so I want to brew a refreshing and juicy New England IPA based on the Other Half All Together recipe after this damn long pandemic months. I included some lactose to increase the amount of sweetness in the beer but also increased the amount of bitter hops to balance it. I'm gonna use only Mosaic which is one of my favorite hops.
