Special Instructions

1.
Roast (1) 30 oz can of Libby's 100% pumpkin in oven for 30 min at 350F, until golden and caramelized.

Mash w/pumpkin at 154F for 60 min

Sparg at 175 degrees
4.
Boil for 60 minutes w/hop additions
5.
Roast 1 can of roasted pumpkin and brown sugar in the over till golden brown and caramlized
6.
Add Lactose at 15 minutes left in boil
7.
Add (1) 30 oz can of roasted pumpkin and brown sugar w/5 minutes left in boil
8.
Add 0.5 pound Wildflower Honey at Flameout
9.
Add .25 tbsp McCormicks Pumpkin Pie Spice at flameout
10.
10 day primary
11.
add .25 tbsp to secondary and age for 2-3 weeks
