Special Instructions

1.
Ten days in primary fermentor at 65 degrees. After ten days, re-rack to secondary fermentor for 14 more days.
2.
After fermentation, add priming sugar or fizz drops to each bottle and let carbonate for at least 1-2 weeks. At the 1.5 to 2 week mark, place in fridge for at least 1 more week to add to beer clarity.
