Three gallons of apple juice – this can be from a local farm, grocery store or from concentrate. Just make sure it doesn’t have any preservatives in it. 1/2 gallon of pure cranberry juice. 1 packet of champaign yeast Pour in Juice and pitch yeast at room temperature. Bottle in one month.

Would have liked something bigger. Next time I'll use 2 lbs of dextrose. Brewed on 2/13/2016 Finished out at 1.000 for 6.6% abv
