Originally adapted from Brunette Kolsch on Rye. Used my homegrown cascade hops. Scaled slightly from second attempt at this KAA recipe to account for improved efficiency and increased volume loss due to added boil time. 1/4 campden tablet per 5 gallons used to mash and sparge to remove chlorine from tap water
