Mash grains at 154F for 1 hr. Mash out at 162F for 10 min, then raise to 172F and commence sparge. Boil for 90 minutes. Steep aroma hops for 5 minutes at knockout and chill wort Ferment @ 68F until finished. Add dry hops for 3 days, remove hops and condition beer for 1 week before packaging.
