Notes:

Tries to make American wheat and ended up with a good tasting Heffe Weizen, nice banana aroma, malty feel, nice full body and not much hoppy. Switching from WB-06 to US-05 and more hops at end of boil for next batch. 3 stars because I missed the desired beer type.
