No other salts added. 1/4 tab of campden to the water before adding sugar. Boil 10 min. Rehydrate yeast in 500ml of pre boiled water cooled to 25-30C. Stir yeast for 5 min before pitching.

First Hard Seltzer attempt for sister in-law to try. Have some grapefruit oil flavoring from my regular seltzer water i make and thought...hey, i can make it of the adult variety easy enough! will start shooting for about 5?V and use about 90 drops of flavor oil after kegging. I'll use table sugar, inverting with a couple tsp of lemon juice or cream of tartar (potassium bitartrate) before boiling in about a gallon of water.
