Special Instructions

1.
Ferment 3 quarts White grape juice for 3 days

Add 1 jar of honey and ferment 3 more days--- honey measures 1 cup
3.
Rack wine and add 2 cans of purple grape juice concentrate, top off with purple grape juice
4.
Rack again after 1 more week. Watch for any late fermentation.
5.
Drink at room temp or slightly chilled
