added all DME at 30. 1.065 OG. Steep went over 170 at end. Gravity at 1022 yesterday and roused yeast...1021 today. Decided to add 3/4 cup Jamaican Burnt Sugar to help with flavor but also get yeast kicking. Few days ago added 2 big spoon fulls of krausen from other beer...didn't do much. 2/29 Will bottle 1 1/2 gallons as is. Using 8 oz water and 1.3 oz corn sugar.
