6# pumpkin puree baked at 400 for 1 hour, then broiled 15 minutes. Mashed at 147F for 30 minutes, then 152F for 45 minutes (pumpkin in mash). Added spices last 5 minutes (1/2-oz packet from kit, plus 1t dried orange peel, 1/2t dried ginger, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 1/4t allspice, 1 small clove).
