Special Instructions

1.
Use PH down with 19 liters (5 gallons) of mash water.
2.
Heat mash water to 180 degrees (83c) in Grainfather.
3.
Mash grains and orange peal at 153 degrees (68c) for 60 minutes with pump on.
4.
Use PH down with 11 liters (2.9 gallons) of sparge water.
5.
Heat sparge water to 190 degrees (88c) (while mashing).
6.
Start sparging while increasing wort to a boil.
7.
After 30 minutes of boiling, add hops in basket for 30 more minutes.
8.
At the last 15 minutes of boil, add yeast nutrient and clarity tablets or Irish moss.
