Special Instructions

Mash 60 min @154f

Sparge 170f
3.
Cool/Add yeast and ferment for 3 days

Crush raspberries and add a small amount of water. Heat in a pan to 170 for 5 min and cool to 80. Add in at the bottom of secondary bucket.
5.
Syphon brew and steep for another 11 days
6.
Add corn sugar to bottling bucket and syphon brew, then bottle.
