Mash of 4 gallons with 1.0g gypsum, 2.40g CaCl
2.
Sparge of 1 gallon with 0.25g gypsum, 0.60g CaCl
3.
Yeast nutrient in at 15 minutes
4.
Flame out hops in with lid on for 10 minutes prior to chilling

Notes:

1/8 - pours a darker orange with 1 finger of foam. Aroma is a little bit of resin and tropical fruit. Flavor is competing a bit between the resin of Chinook and the flora and fruit of Galaxy, and then there is a slightly more bitter finish than I'd like. Mouthfeel is medium and nucleation is soft. Overall, 3/5 on the beer, maybe 3.5. The carbonation is spot on, 4g of honey for 16oz bottle. The color is a little darker than I'd expect, but it always is. This hop combo is not good, so I wouldn't do this again, and then the mash hop addition should be reduced for the sake of bitterness, yet I won't be using Cosmic Punch in the future as it doesn't really do anything special.
