Combine all grains
Direct Heat

Special Instructions

1.
Mash grain in 5 quarts water @ 154 degrees for 60 minutes

Rinse grain with 1 gallon of water @ 170 degrees in brew kettle

Add LME and bring water volume to 3.5 gallons
4.
Bring to boil and add hops, boil for 60 minutes
5.
With 10 minutes remaining add 3 ounces of sweet orange peel and 1.5 tsp coriander
6.
Chill and top off to 5 gallons, pitch yeast Wyeast 3942 or 1056
7.
Leave 1 week, transfer to secondary for 2 weeks then bottle and condition for two weeks
