Notes:

Very clear, white foamy head. Smooth, dry, a bit sweet initially, mild bitterness with some lingering spicy hop character.

Notes:

1 week in bottle, very clear, fully carb'd, good head retention, nice floral aroma. Tasted smooth, subtle hop presence, some spice notes, nicely balanced. Some hints of fruity esters, not sure if yeast produced this, but it is very pleasant.
