Special Instructions

Mash flaked wheat, oats and 2-row for 30 minutes in 1.5 quarts of water between 150 and 168.

Sparge with 2 quarts of water at 170.

Add to 1 gallon of water and bring to boil.

add DME and hops.

at final 5 minutes add Whirlfloc

at bottling add 1.5 oz cherry flavoring
