Special Instructions

1.
Cherries, liquorice root sticks and roasted coconut boiled in 2 its water
2.
Maltodextrine added to above boil. left to steep for 30 mins.
3.
Kit made as instructed with boiled strained cherries & coconut water added cold water
4.
22 its and then Yeast added at 22C SG1.050. Fermenting well after 12 hrs.
5.
Racked to secondary after 5 days. Then into cellar after two more days.
6.
30 gms Lactic acid powder added plus 5 gms Citric Acid 17 days after brewing
7.
Still fermenting slowly in the cellar. SG1.000 on 22nd April 2021
8.
Bottled with 60gms of brewing sugar on st May 2021
