Special Instructions

1.
Steep Grains for 30min at 68 degrees in 1 gallon water
2.
remove grain, add extract and 3 gallons water, bring to boil
3.
add 1 oz centennial hops and boil for 60min
4.
add 1 oz centennial hops steep for ten min
5.
strain into fermentor, and cool to 25 degrees, ferment
