O2 direct infusion to cool wort @ 1L by .5 micron stone for 1 min.

Don't use the whole peel! Just zest 1 whole lemon and add when wort at 185 degrees hold there 10 min

Flame out hops to be added at 185 degrees and held for 10 min.
