7.63g H2O @ 162°F, add grains, mash from 156°F down to 146°F or 90 minutes

Add 1.5oz mint leaves, 1 tbsp vanilla powder, and hops to start 60 minute boil

Add Belgian Candi Syrup at late boil

Add Brewer's Best Chocolate at flame out

Add 1 tbsp peppermint extract and 1.5oz mint leaves for fermentation vessel

OG=1.076, FG=1.019, 7.3% ABV
