Mash pH was about 5.5 so I brought it way down with 4ml LA, was around 4.95 pre-boil (oops)

Pitched one dry packet of US-05 and started in the low 60*s - took off pretty quickly in 12 hours or so
Turned out pretty well. Lisa crushed it, and it kicked in about a month. Turned out nicely dry and solidly bitter. Trevor said thin, but I didn't think so. Basically nailed the grain bill.
Hop character was good, but the Galaxy showed in that creamy way. Citra shined with the citrus. Definitely use just Citra or Citra and something else more West Coast-y like Amarillo, Simcoe, or Centennial. Could have used a bit of pine to round out the citrus.
