Our goal is to brew it this month or next and bottle age it until Christmas. If I can keep my hands off of it! Loosely based on Goose Island Bourbon County Stout.

I made one similar based off Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout. Not as much hops. It ages great, if you can hold out. Check out my recipe----Morning Wood
