Juice of 3 lemons added to the boil. Honey added with 5 minutes left in the boil. Lemon zest soaked in vodka to sanitize. Vodka drained off and lemon zest only added to primary fermenter after one week. It is left in until fermentation is complete. Filter it off before bottling.

    Did not have a high enough efficiency during mash/sparge. Will need to tweek my process to get more sugars out.
