Special Instructions

Steep Grains at 168F for 20 mins.
2.
Bring to a boil for a few minuted to kill all lacto.
3.
Add lactic acid to 4.2 acidity

Cold crash to 85deg.
5.
carboy, purge CO2, Add lacto for souring. Check every 12hrs. until 3.2 acidity
6.
Boil for 30 and add hops at start of boil
7.
cold crash and transfer to Carboy with Blackberries
8.
Ferment for 14 days then transfer to keg.
