Special Instructions

1.
Mash @ 153 F in 4.5 Gallons for 60 minutes
2.
Mash out, vorlauf, and then sparge at 170F to collect 6.5 Gallons
3.
At 5 minute mark, drop in 1 Whirlfloc tablet
4.
After the boil, turn off heat, add the Yeast Nutrient
5.
Let the hot wort stand for 20 minutes, then chill
