Special Instructions
1.Mash @ 150 F in 4.5 Gallons for 60 minutes
2.Mash out, vorlauf, and then sparge at 170F to collect 6.5 Gallons
3.After the boil, turn off heat, add the final addition of hops and begin a vigorous whrilpool
4.Let the hot wort stand for 20 minutes, then chill to below 65F
