Mash Steps

Special Instructions

Mash @ 150 F in 4.5 Gallons for 60 minutes
2.
Mash out, vorlauf, and then sparge at 170F to collect 6.5 Gallons
3.
After the boil, turn off heat, add the final addition of hops and begin a vigorous whrilpool
4.
Let the hot wort stand for 20 minutes, then chill to below 65F
